I built my real estate practice to help people navigate real estate transactions with confidence—whether you’re buying, selling, leasing, curing title, or just trying to make sense of a property situation. I have a unique foundation built over almost two decades in land, title, and property management. Whether you’re a property owner, investor, developer, or someone navigating a complex real estate transaction, you’re in the right place.
My journey began in the field as a landman, working directly with landowners, negotiating leases, and understanding property from the ground up. That hands-on experience led me into oil and gas title law, where I built and reviewed complex title to help clients mitigate risk across large-scale mineral and surface acquisitions and development. Then I spent several years as an Associate General Counsel for Texas State Technical College, managing the property issues with their residential housing, commercial airport leasing, and various campuses across the state. During those years I became familiar with governmental processes and development.
Today, as a property owner and title company owner, I understand what clients need not just from a legal perspective—but from a business, financial, and practical standpoint.
